A plan, sometimes across sessions — Severe cases can’t be fixed safely in a single appointment. Stripping and rebuilding color takes a toll, and we’d rather do it in two or three visits than hand you healthy-looking color attached to damaged hair. We’ll lay out the plan and the cost before you commit to anything.
Hair health is the constraint — There’s always a version of your goal we can reach without wrecking your hair, and if your ideal result isn’t safely achievable right now, we’ll say so and tell you what is.

Brassy or orange tones — The most common issue, usually from lightening that wasn’t toned properly or blonde that’s oxidized over time.

Once we’ve fixed it, keeping it fixed is mostly about maintenance rhythm: a gloss every six to eight weeks to hold your tone, sulfate-free shampoo, and coming in for root touch-ups rather than reaching for a box when the growth shows.
