Method of Payment

We accept cash, checks, and all forms of credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full exchanges on all products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for one that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card.

Service Adjustments

Guests may contact us within three days of their service(s) to request any changes they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 10 days of the original service. If you request or require an additional service to achieve your desired look and did not initially receive it, you will be charged the full price for the extra service.

Team-Based Approach

At Jessabella Salon and Spa, we utilize a team-based approach when servicing our clients. This allows clients to effortlessly take advantage of any of our talented stylists, whether to get a different perspective or just to change it up!

Cancellations

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be automatically charged 50% of the services scheduled.

No-Shows

No-show reservations will be charged 100% of the services booked. Thank you for being so understanding.
